Andy Alcaraz

Andy is Blue State’s Technical Director working on our Analytics and Reporting Cloud (ARC). He brings more than eight years of experience building high-performing data teams and leading complex, impactful big data initiatives.

Before Blue State, Andy was a Senior Technical Program Manager for Data Engineering & Analytics at Amazon, where he improved data accessibility and enabled faster analytics. Earlier, he was Director of Data Infrastructure & Analytics at the California College Guidance Initiative, and has worked with KIPP Bay Area Schools, GreatSchools, and SRI International.
