Donna Trim-Stewart

Donna is a member of Blue State’s executive team based in Washington, DC. For nearly 20 years, she’s helped shape the agency’s workplace culture while overseeing office operations and supporting the people and systems that keep the organization running.

Donna is also the Founder and CEO of the Arika Trim Foundation, which was established to honor the life and legacy of her daughter, Arika. The Foundation works to improve maternal health outcomes by promoting postpartum education, support, and access to resources for mothers and families, particularly in underserved communities.

Donna was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago and loves bringing people together through food, family, culture, and community celebrations.
